In The Kitchen
This background is what
I call a transparent background. The pattern is made transparent
and the background color shows through making it any color you wish to use. It
gives
the effect of a lace table cloth with a colored under layer. It will work only
if you put
a color behind it as "bgcolor=#99CCCC" for example as used on this
page.
